Lotus + Cleaver is a new Chinese BBQ spot at The Domain and it’s showcasing fresh, light and unique dishes.

Juniper Olive Oil cocktail made with namazake, cocchi americano, dolin blanc, and juniper berry mist.

Lee’s Singapore Slaw is 20+ ingredient salad made with so many delicious fresh ingredients including a ginger-plum dressing.

The Sweet + Sour Sesame Chicken comes with golden and red beets, sesame crust, and crispy rice. One of my faves.

Caramelized Char Siu Pork Shoulder has cane sugar, hoisin, and rose wine.

The Scallion + Egg Fried Rice with longaniza chorizo. Amaaazing.

Thyme is Money made with tozai sake, thyme, lemon, and prosecco. The perfect summer drink!

I love this place and can’t wait to go back to try their Canton Roast Duck, the PEI Mussels, Five Spice Chicken Wings and obviously more saké!
