Restaurant Review: PS35
There’s a new pizza spot in town and you need to know about it. PS35 comes from the owners of 40North and they are bringing serious New York style pizza game to the Austin scene. And with such a large menu filled with so many choices, everyone will find something they love – or eat all of the things like I did.
Caesar saladÂ
Perfectly dressed, fresh lettuce, and all around delicious
Harlem Chopped Cheese
Ground chuck, cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, relish, provolone, hot sauce, on a sesame bun – insanely tasty
Nonna’s Spaghetti-O’s
House meatballs, Anelletti pasta, marinara, fresh mozz – simple and fantastic
18” Pie
Marinara, fresh mozz, roasted red peppers, field mushrooms, house made sausage, and basil – absolutely perfect
Italian Cheesecake
Lemon ricotta cheesecake, strawberry-rhubarb sauce, vincotto and whipped cream – I ate almost all of it myself
I can’t wait to go back to PS35. Everything felt like New York and tasted authentic, fresh, and amazing. My face of pure joy is proof of it! Go ASAP and wear stretchy pants when you do!
