Batch Craft Beer & Kolaches

Kolaches and klobasnek’s are considered a Texas treat, but we actually have the Czech to thank for them. Batch Craft Beer & Kolaches are taking the art of Czechxican (yes, no?) kolaches to a new level – by making incredible, unique flavors, sourcing local meats, and pairing them all with fantastic craft beers!

Let’s start with kolaches aka the sweet ones. Pictured are the PBJ, poppy seed, and fig kolaches. Each one is filled heavily and soooo delicious! The seasonal fig was my favourite.

I’ve never seen a tall boy of Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA. It’s a thing of glory.

Here are the brisket klobasnek’s with amazing meats from Micklethwait + good ol pickles.

Next up are the sausage jalapeno klobasnek’s – soooo dang good. Cheesy and meaty and wonderful. It’s hard to pick a favourite!

More beer please. They have amazing beers on draft in addition to their millions (ok, not quite, but almost) of canned and bottled beers.

Not pictured but need to be mentioned are the pepperoni klobasnek’s that are filled with toooons of mozzarella and delicious pep! I also tried the Dogfish Head Pestina Peche which is a beer-cider mix and it was my favourite thus far!.
