How can I move away from frozen food every night to cooking confidently and easily?

That’s what you’ll get from this 6 week one on one intensive.

→ I know how intimidating it can feel when you are exhausted from a long day, but it’s 5pm and you need to get started on dinner.

That’s why I created this virtual one-on-one cooking intensive for you.

As a private chef of 7+ years, I’m an expert in the field and have logged enough hours in the kitchen to make your head spin. I’m taking everything I’ve learned from my thousands hours of meal prepping, cooking for dinner parties, and catering. Not to mention cooking for my family day in and day out!

→ There are no questions that are off limits and you deserve the support to meet your goals.


THE MODULES:

→ Week 1: The first session will be all about getting to know your mindset and the biggest obstacles to cooking. We’ll discuss the internal and external challenges that have brought you here and build a sustainable and approachable plan for your goals. This will include introductory lessons about kitchen equipment and skills as well.

→ Week 2: We’ll get more technical with live coaching from me about knife skills, heat control, and we’ll cook a simple 10 minute customized recipe that I’ve created just for you!

→ Week 3: We’ll discuss ingredient preparation and meal prep as important aspects of being successful in the kitchen, and cook a customized 20 minute recipe together!

→ Week 4: We’ll tackle flavor profiles and different spices to create those restaurant worthy meals in your own kitchen. We’ll also dive into the basics of properly salting and seasoning our foods. We’ll create another customized recipe together, pushing you out of your comfort zone with unique flavors!

→ Week 5: We’ll explore the world of timeliness – not the most glamorous but possibly the most important when it comes to learning this important lifeskill. Mise en place and organization are topics we’ll touch on in this module.

→ Week 6: The final week; we’ll create another spectacular dish from start to finish while answering any other questions that you have, identifying where there might be room for improvement and celebrating your success!
