Fresh Meats and Eats at Liberty Burger
We all know how much I love cheeseburgers, and I’m so excited that I got to try the phenomenal bites at Liberty Burger in Dallas! They’re a Texan company using high quality meats, produce, and dairy from local farms. Their burgers are all super unique, like the Baby Bella burger with a big onion ring and queso, or The Nooner with ham and hash browns! They also have unique sides like sweet potato fries dusted with cinnamon sugar, and personal pies for dessert. Doesn’t that sound like the dream?!
I ordered a glass of wine first (obvi) and then The Napa burger with wild arugula, gorgonzola, oven roasted tomatoes, olives, onions and basil garlic aioli and I upgraded mine to have bison. Joel ordered the All American and added cheddar and bacon because why not. He got shoe string fries and I got sweet potato fries (minus cinnamon sugar). It was all soooo dang good and just what you’d want out of a cheeseburger and fry combo!
They were out of pies when I got there but their custard shakes were out of this world. We ordered the oreo shake and peanut butter chocolate shake and if I wasn’t so stuffed I’d have drank it all! Liberty has 9 locations in DFW so you basically can find one in every corner of the city! They also support a multitude of charities, so when you eat there, you’re contributing to good in the city too! If this hasn’t convinced you to head on over, then maybe my ridiculous ear to ear smile will do the trick!
