Indulgent Brunch Buffet at Iron Cactus
There are a lot of great brunch options in town, but Iron Cactus pretty much beats them all. Their Sunday brunch buffet is only $16 a person and they not only have amazing Tex Mex options but an entire room full of delicious eats!
Some of my favourite things were the huevos rancheros nachos, classic migas, breakfast sausage, and extra cheesy enchiladas with chile con carne. What a dream!!!
Their mimosas are only $5.50 a glass and $1 a glass after that! They also serve mini belgian waffles with fresh whipped cream and warm biscuits with creamy gravy. Pro tip – throw some sausage in the gravy for extra deliciousness.
