North Italia’s New Downtown Location
Another fabulous Fox Concept, North Italia, is now open downtown on 2nd Street! Not only is the decor and atmosphere beautiful, the food is exceptionally delicious too.
The burrata is complemented by winter squash, fuji apple, toasted hazelnut, sage, date, and saba. It was quite sweet but paired nicely with some salty housemade bread! Not pictured are the delicious cocktails: the last great wine thief with plymouth gin, hopped grapefruit bitters, sauvignon blanc, clover honey, and Joel had the milano mule with
dripping springs vodka, aperol, lime, ginger beer.
I enjoyed the funghi pizza with roasted mushrooms, cipollini onion, smoked mozzarella and I added spicy pepperoni to it! It’s also dressed with a mushroom sauce underneath the beautiful toppings for extra funghi-flavor!
Joel ordered the chicken parmesan which he said was the best he’s EVER had (and I might have to agree with him).
Crushed tomato, aged provolone, mozzarella, perfectly tender chicken cutlet, and a rich parmesan rigatoni. DELICIOUS.
We can’t forget about dessert – this tiramisu was so special and tasty! It has kahlua-soaked lady fingers, mascarpone mousse and tiny chocolate krispies on top. YUMMMM. I was pretty dang happy to finish the night with this beauty!
I suggest heading on over there ASAP for your next date night, girls night, or any occasion honestly.
