Brunch with Kodiak Cakes + Lenoir

The delicious, protein-packed Kodiak Cakes came all the way from Utah to host a badass brunch at Lenoir and I was so pleased to join in on the fun!

We started out in the patio of Lenoir where we enjoyed coffee, mimosas, and delicious bites including Kodiak donut holes with calamondin marmalade, and a smoked fish salad on Lenoir sourdough.

Our first course was a light and tasty strawberry pistachio granola parfait.
This is something I could eat EVERY morning!

Our second course was my absolute favourite – roasted beets and herbs wrapped inside a Kodiak pancake, and gruyere sauce on top with crumbled hazelnuts. I liked it so much that I ate the rest of Kelsey’s serving!

The third course was a crowd favourite – smoked fried chicken with Kodiak waffles and pure maple syrup.
It’s a classic brunch choice but was extra special with Lenoir’s spices.

Last course was a Kodiak protein brownie with whipped creme fraiche and a chocolate sauce.

I loved every single course we had, and the hospitality of Kodiak was incredible!
I truly love this brand and can’t wait to develop some unique recipes with their products!
