Holiday Brunch at Fairmont
Brunch buffets are a wonderful, beautiful thing. Revue at Fairmont Hotel has exemplified this with their festive holiday brunch buffet offering every Saturday and Sunday (until December 30) including a HUGE buffet room, dessert table AND a made-to-order menu! There’s something that everyone (literally, everyone) can find and love. Plus, a portion of brunch sales will benefit Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas.
Since it’s the weekend AND the holidays, you can start your day out with chocolate cake.

What’s better than a hodgepodge of all your fave brunch items?! Nothing. I especially loved their shrimp n frits and big brekkie sausage!
This house-cured pastrami blew my mind. It might be the best I’ve had in town!
Chicken and waffles, executed perfectly. Those blueberry pancakes were some of the butteriest and fluffiest I’ve had.
Barbacoa tacos with loads of guac and pickled red onions.
Not a bad brunch spread, eh? Those oysters peeking in the corner were so fresh and tasty – a little squeeze of lemon was all it needed! Oh, and those churros… I’d go back JUST for those!
The coffee shop inside the hotel, Good Things, has delicious lattes PLUS awesome custom foam art!

Expect to eat until you’re busting full (wear your stretchiest pants) and delight yourself in all things holiday! This might be one of the best eating experiences I’ve had all year, so yes, you should make plans to attend.
PS Revue is open on Christmas Day and is having a beautiful and big brunch (9 am – 2 pm) AND dinner (4 pm – 8 pm) buffet for only $65 a person!
