Private Dinner Parties at Inn Cahoots

Inn Cahoots is a new boutique hotel and venue in town that’s the perfect setting for bachelor/bachelorette parties, private dinners and events! I was able to host my own private dinner here last month and LOVED the whole experience! The space is just beautiful – the gold and black appliances are all top of the line and the awesome farm tables with white leather chairs are perfect for large parties!

So here’s my menu (try not to drool)

First course: baby spinach, zucchini ribbons, avocado, fennel, toasted pine nuts, garlic chives, parmigiano reggiano, lemon infused olive oil

Second course: proscuitto, cantaloupe, black fig, micro kale, olive oil, and crushed pistachios

Third course: seared scallops, fresh pea and sweet corn succotash, and polenta with flory’s truckle

Fourth course: flat iron steak, roasted carrots with sumac, shiitake mushroom, spring micro greens, and black garlic sauce

Fifth course: peach galette, sliced almonds, edible flowers, lemon zest, and blackberry whipped cream
